Operations are conducted through the Company's subsidiaries, Texas Timberjack, Inc., Southern Forest Products, LLC, and Texas Frac Fluids. The Company has sales and equipment distribution locations in Lufkin, Jasper, Cleveland, Texas, and timber processing and sales facilities in Houston and Bon Wier, Texas. Through these entities, the Company sells, leases, and provides financing for industrial logging equipment, timber products, and oilfield services. The Company's operations are concentrated primarily in the forested areas of East Texas, although its market extends to surrounding states.
