Operations are conducted through the Company's subsidiary, Texas Timberjack, Inc. and its subsidiary, Southern Forest Products, LLC. The Company has sales and equipment distribution locations in Lufkin, Jasper, Cleveland and Atlanta, Texas, and timber processing and sales facilities in Houston and Bon Wier, Texas. Through these entities, the Company sells, leases, and provides financing for industrial logging equipment and engages in the harvesting and processing of timber products. The Company's operations are concentrated primarily in the forested areas of East Texas, although its market extends to surrounding states.
